What services do you offer?
I offer a range of spaces for women aged 14 and over:
1:1 Nervous System Counselling and Coaching — individual sessions supporting women navigating burnout, anxiety and disconnection from themselves, through a trauma-informed and nervous system lens.
Group spaces — community gatherings focused on early support, connection and emotional wellbeing, including the free monthly Books on the Beach.
Clinical supervision and reflective practice — for social workers and health practitioners wanting a trauma-informed, relational approach to supervision.
Calm Space consultation — a home consult supporting you to create a living environment that feels grounding, sensory aware and genuinely supportive of your nervous system.
Speaking and organisational consultancy — honest, reflective conversations at women's gatherings, community events and within organisations about burnout, psychological safety, nervous system awareness and what sustainable leadership really looks like. I also work with organisations in a consultative capacity — supporting leaders to look honestly at how their systems, structures and environments shape the people within them, and where meaningful change can begin.

What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
I offer a combination of early intervention counselling and coaching, drawing on my experience as a trauma-informed social worker and a nervous system-aware approach. This means we can explore what's going on beneath the surface while also supporting you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Rather than diagnosing or treating a condition, this work creates space to reflect, build awareness, and respond differently to what you are experiencing. We pay attention to your nervous system, your patterns, and what your body is communicating — while gently exploring what is shifting or wanting to change.
You are not seen as someone who needs to be fixed. You are seen as someone with capacity, insight, and the ability to reconnect with yourself.
This work is collaborative and guided by you. It can support you to slow down, gain clarity, strengthen emotional regulation, and begin making changes that feel more aligned and sustainable.
