What services do you offer?
I offer a range of spaces for women aged 14 and over:
1:1 Whole of Person Counselling — individual sessions supporting women navigating disconnection from themselves, through a trauma-informed nervous system lens and whole of person and system framework.
Group spaces — community gatherings focused on early support, connection and emotional wellbeing, including the free monthly Books on the Beach.
Clinical supervision - and reflective practice — for social workers and health practitioners wanting reflective spaces grounded in relationship, nervous system awareness and whole-of-system understanding
Consultancy — I work with organisations, founders and leaders to identify the gaps between intention, experience and impact. Through a whole-of-system lens, I support greater congruence between values, culture, communication and the lived experience of the people your work is designed to serve.

What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
I offer a combination of early intervention counselling and coaching, drawing on my experience as a trauma-informed social worker and a nervous system-aware approach. This means we can explore what's going on beneath the surface while also supporting you to move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Rather than diagnosing or treating a condition, this work creates space to reflect, build awareness, and respond differently to what you are experiencing. We pay attention to your nervous system, your patterns, and what your body is communicating — while gently exploring what is shifting or wanting to change.
You are not seen as someone who needs to be fixed. You are seen as someone with capacity, insight, and the ability to reconnect with yourself.
This work is collaborative and guided by you. It can support you to slow down, gain clarity, strengthen emotional regulation, and begin making changes that feel more aligned and sustainable.
