Social Work and Allied Health Supervision and Reflective Practice Groups

I offer individual supervision and reflective practice groups for senior health practitioners including social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other helping professionals.

This is a grounded, relational space to slow down and reflect on your work and yourself within it. It is not managerial, instructional, or performance-focused.

This work supports practitioners in managing complexity to remain ethical, regulated, and connected over time.

Areas of Focus

• complex clinical and relational work
• trauma, addiction, illness, and ethical tension
• leadership, isolation, and decision fatigue
• professional identity, intuition, and integrity
• transition and change in practice

Sessions are guided by what is present, rather than fixed agendas.

Cost and Format

Individual sessions
$150 for 60 minutes

Small Group Reflective Practice
$75 per person for 90 minutes
(groups of 4–6 practitioners)

Sessions are offered online, with limited face-to-face availability.

Social Workers

Sessions may be used toward AASW CPD where appropriate. Practitioners are responsible for confirming individual requirements.
