This space is for people who sense something is ready to shift and are willing to meet themselves with honesty, presence, and care.
It is suited to those who are open to slowing down, listening to the body, and engaging with their inner world rather than seeking quick fixes. This work is especially supportive during periods of transition, when old roles, identities, or ways of coping are falling away.
I work with adults aged 18 and over, supporting people navigating
• anxiety, sensory sensitivity, and nervous system overwhelm
• burnout, chronic stress, and emotional fatigue
• life transitions and identity shifts
• trauma-shaped by relational patterns and attachment wounds
• difficulty resting, slowing down, or feeling safe in the body
• grief, loss, and unspoken emotional pain
• chronic illness or long-term health conditions
• addiction, recovery, and coping patterns
• perimenopause and menopause related transitions
• early adulthood, direction, and identity
Sessions support you to
• slow the body and settle the stress response
• build capacity to feel and stay present
• reconnect with inner wisdom, truth, and agency
• move through fear, overwhelm, or transition without abandoning yourself
• feel held and supported without needing to explain or justify

I offer individual supervision and reflective practice groups for senior health practitioners including social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other helping professionals.
This is a grounded, relational space to slow down and reflect on your work and yourself within it. It is not managerial, instructional, or performance-focused.
This work supports practitioners in managing complexity to remain ethical, regulated, and connected over time.
• complex clinical and relational work
• trauma, addiction, illness, and ethical tension
• leadership, isolation, and decision fatigue
• professional identity, intuition, and integrity
• transition and change in practice
Sessions are guided by what is present, rather than fixed agendas.

Our external environment shapes and reflects our internal state.
Lighting, texture, colour, sound, and the way a space is arranged all influence whether the body is bracing or settling. Often, we try to feel calm internally while living in environments that quietly signal urgency, noise, or demand.
This offering is for people who want their home to support calm, presence, and ease, including those living with children, shared spaces, and real life, not perfection.
This work is for people who sense their space no longer supports how they want to feel, and who are curious about what their body is asking for instead.
It is especially supportive during periods of burnout, illness, grief, or transition, and for those who are sensitive to clutter, visual noise, or overstimulation. This is not about creating an ideal home, but about shaping environments that feel forgiving, grounding, and regulating within everyday life.
How I Work
I work intuitively and practically, supporting you to slow down and listen to how your body responds to your space.
Together, we notice what settles you and what drains you, and make simple, realistic changes using what you already have, alongside thoughtfully sourced secondhand pieces. The focus is not on a look, but on a felt sense of safety and ease.
Discovery Session
A gentle starting point.
The discovery session explores how your space currently feels in your body, what supports or disrupts regulation, and small changes that will make the biggest difference.
