Young Women aged 14-18 years Expression and Drama Group
This space is for young women who have often been told they are “too much”, “too sensitive” or “too dramatic”, and for those who experience the world more intensely or differently, including neurodivergent young women who may spend a lot of time masking to be accepted.
A place where you can feel safe to be you, unmasked
An early intervention support space to explore emotional expression, identity, and confidence through creative drama, storytelling, and movement in a way that feels engaging, fun, and accessible. Drawing on my background in acting and directing, this space invites creativity, play, and authentic expression in a way that feels safe and real.
Groups will be offered based on interest.
