Nervous system-level consultancy for social impact organisations.

People feel incongruence before they can explain it.
“When intentions, words, and actions drift apart, trust begins to erode quietly”
-
How congruence is read across the organisational system.
The neuroscience is clear.
The nervous system responds before the conscious mind catches up.
People feel incongruence before they can explain it.
This is not a perception problem.
It is a physiological one.
People are no longer staying for polished narratives that do not match lived experience.
The organisations that will thrive are the ones where what is said, what is believed, and what is done align.
This is the foundation of the methodology.
A lived and evidence-informed practice that reads what is already visible across the organisational system:
communication
culture
recruitment
leadership
digital presence
decision making
psychological safety
The core question remains the same:
Do the intentions, the words, and the actions align?
-
What happens when intentions, words, and actions drift apart.
Most founders begin with a genuine desire to build something that benefits others.
That is often what makes the business successful.
But as growth happens, delegation becomes necessary.
Skill gets chosen over alignment.
Parts of the organisation slowly become disconnected from what was originally being built.
Customers feel it before the founder does.
They cannot always explain it, but it changes:
how they engage
how much they trust
whether they stay
What once felt alive and connected begins to feel heavier.
More effortful.
More like work.
Something feels off.
But it often goes unnamed.
-
Where incongruence becomes visible across culture, communication, and trust.
Incongruence rarely appears in only one place.
It becomes visible across the organisational system:
marketing and messaging
design and user experience
recruitment and team dynamics
leadership communication
culture and psychological safety
customer trust and retention
When intentions, communication, and lived experience stop aligning, people feel it before they can articulate why.
Trust begins to erode quietly.
This work identifies where alignment breaks down:
where trust is lost
where friction is emerging
what the incongruence is communicating
what it is costing if it remains unnamed
The work does not begin with a discovery call or a checklist.
It begins the moment I encounter your organisation.
How We Work Together
Meet the Founder
Amanda Morphett works at the intersection of neuroscience, organisational culture, psychological safety, and trust.
With a background in trauma-informed therapy and systems leadership, her work focuses on identifying where intention, communication, and lived experience are no longer aligned across the organisational system.
Through a nervous-system-informed lens, she reads what organisations are communicating beneath branding, strategy, and language — often before founders themselves can consciously name it.
Her work is grounded in one core principle:
People feel congruence before they can explain it.
And when intentions, words, and actions align, trust becomes inevitable.
